Please contact Gluta White PH within 7 days from parcel delivery if there is an issue with your order.

• Wrong item received
• Missing item
• Damaged parcel or item
• Order concern that needs support review

What to Send

Please provide your order number, full name, clear photos or video of the parcel and item, and a short explanation of the concern.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For COD orders, please make sure the order details are correct and that someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel.

Approved Resolutions

After review, approved concerns may be resolved through replacement, refund, or other support arrangement depending on the case.
