Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Here are the common questions about Gluta White PH products, skin renewal, proper routine, moisturizer, payment, shipping, and product authenticity.
Product Use & Routine
How do I use the Gluta White lotion?
Apply on clean, dry skin after bathing. Let it absorb for about 5–7 minutes, then apply moisturizer if your skin feels dry. Use sunscreen during daytime exposure. Avoid applying too much product at once.
How do I use the soap?
Create lather first using your hands or a soap net, then apply the lather gently. Avoid rubbing the soap bar directly on the skin. For first-time users, start slowly, especially on the face and sensitive areas.
Can I use the soap on my face?
Yes, but patch test first. Do not apply the soap directly on the face. Use the lather only, leave for about 5–8 seconds at first, then rinse well. Avoid long contact time to prevent dryness or irritation.
How often should I use the Shower Gel?
Use the Gluta White Shower Gel 2–3 times a week only. Do not use it every day. Focus on thicker skin areas such as knuckles, knees, elbows, and feet. Start with 2 times a week, then increase to 3 times only if there is no irritation.
Do I need moisturizer?
Yes. Moisturizer is highly recommended, especially if you feel dryness or tightness. You may use gentle moisturizers such as Vaseline, Johnson’s, Cetaphil, CeraVe, or other mild moisturizers that suit your skin.
Can I use the serum and cream together?
Yes. These are for face and neck only and are best used at night. Apply serum first, wait until absorbed, then apply cream to help lock in moisture. Do not use them with strong rejuvenating products or harsh toners.
Skin Renewal & Results
Is mild itchiness normal during the first week?
Some users may feel mild itchiness during the first week as the skin adjusts to the routine. This can happen when the skin feels dry or when mild exfoliation is starting. Keep the skin moisturized and avoid scratching the area.
Is dryness or micro-peeling normal?
Mild dryness, dry patches, or micro-peeling may happen during the first few weeks. For some users, mild exfoliation may appear around 3–4 weeks or later as the skin continues to adjust. This can be part of removing old or dull surface skin, but results and skin response vary per person.
What should I do if I experience dryness or peeling?
Apply a gentle moisturizer lotion such as Johnson’s, Vaseline, Cetaphil, CeraVe, or any moisturizer that suits your skin. You may apply moisturizer over Gluta White after the product has absorbed. Do not combine with other whitening soaps, whitening lotions, rejuvenating sets, or strong exfoliating products while your skin is adjusting.
When should I pause using the product?
If you experience redness, burning, stinging, pain, swelling, or severe itchiness, pause use for 2–3 days and resume gradually only when the skin feels okay. If the reaction continues or becomes uncomfortable, stop use and consult a dermatologist.
Why do palms or hands sometimes look yellowish or dry?
This can happen during the skin renewal stage, especially on the hands because the skin there is thicker and exposed to more washing, friction, and dryness. Moisturize often and avoid overusing exfoliating products.
How long before I see results?
Some users notice glow within 7–14 days, while visible changes may take 3–4 weeks or more. Results depend on your skin type, routine, sun exposure, and consistency.
Why are hands, feet, knees, elbows, and knuckles slower to improve?
These areas usually have thicker skin and more friction, so renewal may take longer. For hands, feet, knees, elbows, and knuckles, it can take several months of consistent care before the area becomes more even-looking.
Can I stop once I reach my desired skin tone?
Yes. Once you reach your desired result, you may reduce or stop using the brightening product on that area and focus only on darker areas. Continue moisturizing and using sunscreen when needed.
Safety Reminders
Can I use Gluta White products on sensitive skin?
If you have sensitive skin, patch test first. Start slowly and avoid using multiple active products at the same time. If irritation occurs, pause use and consult a dermatologist if needed.
Can I use it with rejuvenating sets?
We do not recommend combining with strong rejuvenating sets, peeling products, strong whitening products, alcohol-heavy toners, or harsh exfoliants because this may increase dryness and irritation.
Do I need sunscreen?
Yes, sunscreen with SPF is recommended during daytime exposure. Sun exposure can slow visible improvement and may make uneven areas darker again.

Why does packaging sometimes look different?
